Permanent Blue does not impose article processing charges (APC) on the authors. As Permanent Blue provides an online platform for its open-access journals, there is no charge for accessing them. Permanent Blue funds itself by making annual members. The annual membership fee of any ARF printed journal is INR 3500/- Rs. Or USD $ 50-00 only. The annual members of any journal get the printed copies of that journal.
